Trattoria il gabbiano is performing again at Expo 2015, the world's largest event held in Milan from May 1 to October 31, which will have the theme: "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life".
We will in fact present within ITALY IS EATALY, the large pavilion dedicated to biodiversity Italian cuisine run by Eataly.
Throughout the month of June rapresented Lombardy and propose to visitors some of our historical dishes: Marubini with walnut sauce, guinea fowl grandmother Giusi, nougat mousse of Cremona, etc.
Our kitchens are open open every day from 12:00 to 22:00.
